Before your transfer
For an existing booking, please include your booking reference when contacting us. If your flight details change, send the new flight number or updated arrival information as soon as possible.
At Zurich Airport
For airport pickups, use the passenger trip app to update your arrival status. When you are ready in the arrival hall, mark yourself ready for pickup so the driver can coordinate the collection efficiently.
