We want cancellation rules to be clear before a customer commits to a confirmed transfer.
Before confirmation
A website booking request can be withdrawn before EuroAlp confirms it. Because the request has not yet been accepted, no transfer service has been confirmed at that stage.
After confirmation
If a confirmed booking has a specific cancellation fee or deadline, it will be stated in the booking confirmation or otherwise agreed in writing. Please send any cancellation request as early as possible and include the booking reference.
If no specific fee is stated
Where the confirmation does not state a fixed cancellation fee, EuroAlp handles the cancellation individually, taking into account the timing, whether a driver/vehicle has already been committed and any non-recoverable costs already incurred. We do not intend to hide cancellation charges that were not communicated to the customer.
How to cancel
Contact EuroAlp by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the details on the Contact page. A cancellation is effective when it has been received and acknowledged by EuroAlp.
