These terms apply to transfer requests and bookings made with EuroAlp Transfers unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing for a specific booking.
1. Booking request and confirmation
Submitting the website form creates a booking request, not an automatic guarantee of transport. A booking becomes confirmed only when EuroAlp expressly accepts it. EuroAlp may decline a request if no suitable vehicle or driver is available or if the requested service cannot reasonably be performed.
2. Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, contact, passenger, luggage and flight information. Material changes should be communicated as soon as possible. Additional cost caused by incorrect or materially incomplete information may be charged only where it is reasonably attributable to the change.
3. Airport pickup
For airport pickups, the passenger should keep EuroAlp informed through the trip app and/or direct communication. The included waiting allowance shown in the booking or confirmation applies. Extra waiting outside the included allowance may be chargeable where stated in the booking or agreed before performance.
4. Additional stops and hourly bookings
Additional stops, waiting at stops and hourly bookings are charged according to the tariff displayed in the booking flow or the written confirmation. Route or timing changes requested after confirmation may require a revised price.
5. Vehicles and capacity
The selected category is subject to availability. EuroAlp may provide a comparable or higher-capacity vehicle where operationally necessary. Passenger and luggage limits must be respected. Larger groups may require multiple vehicles.
6. Child seats and special requirements
Requested child seats or other special requirements must be stated during booking. EuroAlp will confirm availability as part of the booking process. Customers should provide enough information for a suitable restraint to be planned.
7. Payment
The available payment methods and booking price are shown during booking or in the confirmation. Online card payments, where offered, are processed through the connected payment provider. A payment transaction does not by itself replace EuroAlp’s separate booking confirmation unless expressly stated.
8. Delays and events outside reasonable control
Travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, border controls, flight disruption and other events outside reasonable control. EuroAlp will use reasonable efforts to perform the confirmed service but cannot guarantee a specific journey duration where external conditions intervene.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible using the contact details on this website. Any cancellation charge applicable to a confirmed booking must be stated in the written booking confirmation or otherwise agreed with the customer. If no specific cancellation fee is stated, the cancellation is handled individually based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
10. Conduct and safety
The driver may refuse or end transport where passenger conduct creates a serious safety risk, is unlawful, causes deliberate damage or makes safe performance impossible. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact EuroAlp promptly with the booking reference and relevant details so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
