Zermatt is car-free, so private transfers finish in Täsch. From the Täsch terminal, guests continue the final section to Zermatt by shuttle train or authorised electric taxi.

After landing, update your status in the EuroAlp Passenger App. Once you reach the arrivals hall and are ready for pickup, the driver is notified. For Zermatt / Täsch, the road transfer is planned to the most practical vehicle-accessible arrival point, followed by the destination’s local transport system for the final section.

Important for arrival: Zermatt is car-free for normal private vehicles. Your driver takes you to Täsch, where you continue to Zermatt by shuttle train or an authorised local electric taxi. The booking can therefore be planned directly to the Täsch terminal area.
